On the eve of the 2015 postseason, “The Chosen One” (LeBron James) made it clear that he won’t accept their inexperience as an excuse.

“In order for us to be the team we want to be, the ‘Big Three’ has to be great — it’s that simple,” James said Saturday following practice at Cleveland Clinic Courts. “I made sure to have a brief conversation with our guys about what we’re about to get into.”
