Sources close to the process in Orlando peg their stance as listening more so than engaging. The Magic have a few pieces they would be willing to move in the right deal, namely disgruntled big man Andrew Nicolson, whose agent has reportedly been granted permission to find a trade.

The Magic have a couple of veterans in guards Ben Gordon and Luke Ridnour that they would part with as well.

There continues to be talk that the Magic will not move forward Tobias Harris at the deadline, despite his looming free agency and expected hefty price tag this summer.

The Magic are in the marketplace, but are not nearly as eager to shake up their roster as some others in the field.

The Magic have roughly $7.04 million in cap space, so they can absolutely play middle man in a bigger deal or become buyers outright if the right players swing their way.

It’s more likely that the Magic make a minor deal than a splashy deal, but sources say the situation is still very fluid and the team is talking.
