Reggie Jackson still whistles as he passes the graveyard of NBA hopes for this season.

“We don’t think we’re out of the running,” the Pistons point guard said. “We’d like to be a team of destiny and we think we’ve still got a chance to make something special happen. A lot of teams that are ahead of us, we’re going to play again, maybe once, maybe twice. So we can really do something. We’ve just got to go ahead and turn the season around now. We can’t be giving games away.”
