Brandon Jennings stayed home just long enough to see his third son born Friday, then hurriedly rejoined the Detroit Pistons today for the remainder of their western trip.
As his major injury recovery nears completion, his excitement has increased accordingly.
Jennings said he anticipates later in this road trip participating in his first contact practices since he suffered a torn Achilles Jan. 24.
