Raptors Eyeing Guard R.J. Hunter in Draft?

If he’s still around when the Raptors pick comes up, he’ll (R.J. Hunter) definitely be a consideration.

But picking 20th, the Raptors aren’t going to get a complete player.

With Hunter, that will be his lack of a true NBA body and a history of some suspect shot selection.

Raptors director of scouting Dan Tolzman said neither is a real concern for the Raptors.

“The knock on him has been his strength and that’s something fresh out of college he’s not going to show that yet, but you know that when he puts in the time and effort, he will put on the weight and he’ll be fine,” Tolzman said.
